She Face began as artwork rather than a slogan.
We wanted the face to carry the design without needing words around it. It’s graphic, feminine and deliberately uncomplicated.
The piece later appeared on BBC’s Dreaming Whilst Black, which was a nice moment for a design that started simply as one of our drawings.
