We aim to dispatch orders within 10 working days other than Made to Order that usually takes 2 - 3 weeks to be dispatched; however please wait 14 working days before contacting us regarding your order. This is via Royal Mail and their 3rd party connections.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges
Just contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
We don't accept cancellations or Refund on Bespoke items and Made to order, these can only be ammended or exchanged for something else, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
You may return your order within 14 days from the receipt of the goods if you are not completely satisfied for exchange or refund. The original postage cost is not refundable. Products must be returned in their original condition including tags & packaging. If goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them we reserve the right to refuse such returns. Once we have confirmed receipt of the goods and believe a refund is necessary, we will issue this within 5 working days; please allow 3 working days after this for funds to clear.
You will be responsible for the Item(s) until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.
