Shipping Policy & Returns Policy

Processing Time

  • Made-to-Order Items: 1-3 weeks for production and delivery.
  • Ready-to-Wear Items: Shipped within 2-3 business days (UK).
  • International Orders: Processing times remain the same, but delivery times vary depending on the destination and postal service.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • United Kingdom:
    • Standard shipping: £3.95 
    • Express shipping: £5.95 
  • International Shipping:
    • Delivery time varies by country and shipping provider.
    • Any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (if applicable).

Customs & Import Fees

  • International customers may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
  • If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will assist where possible


    Returns & Exchanges Policy

    Returns & Exchanges

    • Orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt for exchange or refund.
    • Products must be returned in original condition, including tags and packaging.
    • If goods are not returned in their original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
    • The original postage cost is non-refundable.
    • Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the conditions, refunds (if necessary) will be processed within 5 working days, with an additional 3 working days for funds to clear.


      Non-Returnable Items

      We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

      • Custom or personalised orders (unless defective or damaged).
      • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons).
      • Items on sale (final sale).



      • Bespoke & Custom Orders

        • We do not accept cancellations or refunds on bespoke or customized. Orders including Tracksuits, Sweatshirts and Hoodies.
        • However, we allow amendments or exchanges for another item of equal value.

        Return Shipping Responsibility

        • Customers are responsible for the return shipment until it reaches us.
        • We strongly recommend using a secure shipping method with tracking and requiring a signature upon delivery.
